How to cancel a Noom subscription
You can cancel a Noom subscription or trial in the app, on the web through the Subscription Portal, or through your device's app store. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it, so cancel before your next billing date.

How do I cancel Noom?
- 1Sign in to the Subscription Portal at account.noom.com with your Noom login.
- 2On the main page, click Cancel Subscription.
- 3Follow the on-screen steps to finish canceling.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed through iOS or Android, cancel directly in the App Store or Google Play Store by finding your Noom subscription there. You can also cancel in the Noom app: tap your profile picture (top left), then Settings, then Manage Subscription.
What happens after I cancel?
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, even if you cancel mid-cycle.
- For Noom Weight, the initial subscription or add-on charges may be eligible for a refund if you contact Noom within 14 days of purchase, through the chat button or the contact form.
