How to cancel a Shipt membership

You can cancel a Shipt membership at any time on shipt.com or in the Shipt app. You can also cancel by calling Shipt's support line at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT.

How do I cancel Shipt?

  1. 1Log in to your account at shipt.com/login or in the Shipt app.
  2. 2Select Account.
  3. 3Select Shipt Membership Profile.
  4. 4At the bottom, select How to cancel my membership.
  5. 5Tap Yes, cancel membership.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you signed up for Shipt through Target, cancel in the Target app. If you still need help, call Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Shipt sends a confirmation email to the address on your Shipt account as soon as the cancellation is complete.
