How do I cancel Stitch Fix?
- 1Log in to your Stitch Fix account.
- 2Select the profile icon with your initial, then select Fix frequency from the menu.
- 3Select Manage Fix frequency.
- 4Select Proceed to cancel and give a reason for stopping.
- 5Select Confirm cancel.
What happens after I cancel?
- Your account stays active, and you can still schedule on-demand Fixes.
- To restart automatic deliveries, go back to the Fix frequency page and select Schedule Fix.
