How to cancel an IXL family membership

You cancel an IXL family membership from your parent account on the IXL website. You can cancel at any point during your membership term.

How do I cancel IXL?

  1. 1Sign in to your parent account on the IXL website.
  2. 2Open the account menu in the upper-right corner and select Subscription details.
  3. 3In the Membership information section, click Cancel membership.
  4. 4Click Submit.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought the membership in the IXL app through the Apple App Store, cancel it in your Apple subscription settings instead.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your account stays active until the end of your current membership term.
  • Your children can keep practicing on IXL until the membership expires, and you will not be charged again.
