How to cancel Memrise Pro

Memrise Pro renews automatically, and canceling turns off the auto-renewal. Lifetime plans are a one-off purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

How do I cancel Memrise?

  1. 1Log in to your Memrise account in a web browser.
  2. 2Click your Profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. 3Select Settings, then Account, or go straight to app.memrise.com/settings/premium.
  4. 4Cancel your membership there to turn off auto-renewal.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings and ask Apple for any refund, since Memrise cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in the Play Store under Menu, then Subscriptions, or on the Memrise website.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Paid features stay active until the end of your current subscription period.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of subscribing, you can request a refund at app.memrise.com/premium/refunds; monthly plans qualify only within 14 days of purchase, and no refunds are issued after 30 days.
