How to cancel your Kajabi subscription

Only the account owner or an admin with billing access can cancel a Kajabi account. Free, Enterprise and some legacy plans are canceled through Kajabi support instead.

How do I cancel Kajabi?

  1. 1From the Dashboard, click your name in the top right corner, then select Account Settings.
  2. 2Click Subscription in the sidebar.
  3. 3Under Overview, click the button on your plan card, usually Change plan (or Select plan if the account has an unpaid invoice or is suspended).
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom of the page and, under No longer happy with Kajabi?, click Cancel subscription.
  5. 5Continue to the You haven't canceled just yet screen, select a reason, then click Complete cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Future Kajabi payments stop and you keep access until the end of the current billing or trial period. After that your site goes inactive and customers lose access to the products they bought.
  • Canceling your account does not cancel your customers' subscriptions. Cancel each one from Sales, then Payments, or those customers keep being charged.
  • Customer data may be deleted 90 days after the account ends and cannot be recovered after that.
