How to cancel QuillBot Premium

QuillBot Premium keeps renewing until you turn off auto-renewal. You can do that at any time from your Account page on the QuillBot website.

How do I cancel QuillBot?

  1. 1On the QuillBot website, click your profile icon (your initial) in the top-right corner and select Account Details.
  2. 2Open the Your Plan tab.
  3. 3If your subscription is paused, resume it first so the Cancel subscription button appears.
  4. 4Click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to disable auto-renewal.
  5. 5To confirm, check for a Resubscribe option under Manage Subscription and an Ends on date.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought Premium in the QuillBot mobile app, cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not the QuillBot website.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Canceling stops future payments, and Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • If a renewal date is still scheduled after you cancel, the cancellation may not have gone through.
