How to cancel a JetBrains personal subscription

You can cancel a JetBrains personal subscription at any time from your JetBrains Account. Organization admins use a separate flow for commercial subscriptions.

How do I cancel JetBrains?

  1. 1Log in to your JetBrains Account at account.jetbrains.com.
  2. 2Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel subscription.
  3. 3In the dialog that opens, click Confirm.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access until the current billing period ends; the Billing date in your subscription details shows when that is.
  • Canceling does not trigger an automatic refund. If you are eligible, you can request one, and JetBrains reviews each request individually.
  • If the subscription expires, you lose any continuity discount and a later renewal costs the full price.
