How to cancel Netlify Personal or Pro

Netlify plans belong to a team. To stop paying for Personal or Pro, a Team Owner changes the team to the Free plan from Usage & billing.

How do I cancel Netlify?

  1. 1Log in to Netlify as a Team Owner of the team you want to downgrade.
  2. 2Go to Usage & billing, then Plan details.
  3. 3Select the Change team plan button.
  4. 4Choose the Free plan and confirm your new plan.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • On the Free plan, sites pause automatically if they go over the monthly limits, and you can't buy add-on credits or add other people to the team.
