How to cancel Docker Pro, Team or Business

Docker Pro, Team and Business plans are canceled from Billing in Docker Home, any time before your renewal date. If you have a sales-assisted Docker Business plan, contact your account manager to cancel instead.

How do I cancel Docker?

  1. 1Sign in to Docker Home and go to Billing.
  2. 2In Active plans, select the action menu next to your Docker plan.
  3. 3Select Cancel plan and complete the feedback survey.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle, but the unused portion is not refunded.
  • Your account returns to Docker Personal or a basic organization account, and you must convert private repositories to fit the new plan limits.
  • On Docker Pro, private repository collaborators are removed and additional private repositories are locked.
