How to cancel GitHub Pro or Pro+

GitHub Copilot Pro and Pro+ are cancelled from your GitHub billing settings.

Cancel on the web

1Click your profile picture, then Settings.
2Under Access, open Billing & licensing, then Licensing.
3In the GitHub Copilot section, open Manage subscription and click Cancel subscription.
4Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

Copilot keeps working until the end of the billing cycle.
Your account then moves to Copilot Free automatically.
