You cancel a WeightWatchers membership online from WW's cancellation page. When the cancellation takes effect depends on whether you have a standard one-month plan, a Commitment Plan or a pre-pay Savings Plan.

How do I cancel WeightWatchers?

- 3Log in to your WW account and select the option to cancel.
- 4If you need help, contact WW through 24/7 chat.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you bought your membership and the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, WeightWatchers cannot cancel it or give a refund on WW.com. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for help.
What happens after I cancel?
- On a standard one-month plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel.
- On a multi-month Commitment Plan or a pre-pay Savings Plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the commitment or initial plan period. After that period, it takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel.
- Fees for a billing period or commitment period that has already started are generally not refunded. The WW Refund Policy lists the exceptions.
