How to cancel AllTrails Plus or Peak

AllTrails Plus and Peak are yearly subscriptions that renew automatically, and canceling means turning off auto-renew. For subscriptions bought on AllTrails.com, AllTrails gives the steps in the iOS or Android app.

How do I cancel AllTrails?

  1. 1Open the AllTrails app on iOS or Android and tap your profile image at top right.
  2. 2Tap the Settings gear icon at top right.
  3. 3Under Account, tap Manage subscription.
  4. 4Follow the prompts to cancel.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel in your iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, select AllTrails, tap Cancel subscription and then Confirm. If you only see an option to resubscribe, auto-renew is already off. If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Play Store, tap your profile image, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel AllTrails there. Without the Android device, Scout, the AllTrails AI support assistant, can turn off auto-renew for you.

What happens after I cancel?

  • After you turn off auto-renew, you keep access to your AllTrails subscription for the rest of your yearly billing period.
  • For subscriptions bought on AllTrails.com or Google Play, you can request a refund from Scout, the AllTrails AI support assistant, within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date. AllTrails cannot refund App Store purchases; request those from Apple.
