How to cancel a WHOOP membership

You cancel a WHOOP membership yourself at app.whoop.com, without contacting support. If you're in a 12-month commitment, you can schedule the cancellation for the end of it; if you pay monthly outside a commitment, cancel before your next billing date.

How do I cancel WHOOP?

  1. 1Go to the Membership section at app.whoop.com.
  2. 2If your membership is paused, click Resume Membership first.
  3. 3Click Cancel Your Membership at the bottom of the page.
  4. 4Select the option that applies to your membership and status.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You can keep using WHOOP and collecting data until the last day of your membership term. After that, WHOOP no longer collects, uploads or analyzes your biometric data.
  • You can still view your past data after canceling.
  • If you are within the first 30 days of receiving your WHOOP device, you can return it for a refund.
