How do I cancel Strava?
- 1Log in to your Strava account on the Strava website.
- 2Select your profile picture in the top right corner.
- 3Go to Settings, then My Account.
- 4Select Cancel Subscription.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed in the Strava app on iPhone or Android, go to the You tab, tap the gear icon, then select Your Strava Subscription and Manage Your Subscription. You can also manage the subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google decides on any refund, which usually has to be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
What happens after I cancel?
- You keep subscription features until the end of your current subscription term. The end date is shown on the subscription management page.
- Your uploaded activities and data are not deleted; you only lose access to subscription features.
- Canceling after a recent renewal does not start a refund. For a website purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund if you contact Strava Support within 14 days of purchase; after 14 days, Strava subscriptions are non-refundable.
