How to cancel PlayStation Plus

You can cancel PlayStation Plus in a web browser or on a PS5 or PS4 console. If you change your mind, select Reactivate Subscription before the next payment date to keep it active.

How do I cancel PlayStation Plus?

  1. 1Sign in to Account Management on the PlayStation website.
  2. 2Select Subscription from the menu on the left of the screen.
  3. 3Select Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep all PlayStation Plus benefits until the end of the subscription period you already paid for.
  • When the subscription ends, you lose PlayStation Plus benefits such as monthly games, online storage and online multiplayer.
  • Monthly games and other content you downloaded at no cost through the subscription stop being available, but redeemed PlayStation Plus packs and avatars and PlayStation Plus discounted purchases are yours to keep.
