How to cancel Roblox Premium

Roblox stopped selling Premium on April 30, 2026, but existing members can keep their subscription. Memberships bought on the Roblox website, desktop app or mobile app renew automatically until you cancel.

How do I cancel Roblox?

  1. 1Log in to the Roblox account that bought the membership.
  2. 2Click the gear icon in the upper right.
  3. 3Open Settings and select Subscriptions.
  4. 4Click Cancel Renewal and follow the prompts to confirm.

Billed through an app store or partner?

Premium bought in the Roblox mobile app can't be canceled inside Roblox. On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your Apple ID name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon and go to Payments & Subscriptions. Memberships bought through the Windows or Amazon app stores don't renew and end on their expiration date.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep Premium benefits for the rest of the time you have already paid for.
  • Premium is no longer for sale, so you cannot subscribe again after you cancel.
  • Memberships are non-refundable, so cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
