How to cancel a Prime Video channel

Prime Video add-on subscriptions are paid subscriptions to third-party networks and channels that you add to Prime Video. You cancel each one online from Account & Settings in Prime Video.

How do I cancel Prime Video Channels?

  1. 1Go to Account & Settings in Prime Video and select Subscriptions from the top menu.
  2. 2Find the add-on subscription you want to cancel.
  3. 3Select Unsubscribe (it may also appear as Withdraw) and confirm.
  4. 4Check the subscription end date shown on the confirmation screen.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you pay for a Prime Video add-on subscription through Apple, cancel at least 24 hours before it is due to renew, or you may be charged.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You can reverse the cancellation until the end date. After that date you won't be charged for the subscription or have access to its content.
  • Canceling doesn't refund any previous subscription charges.
