How to cancel Shudder

If you signed up on the Shudder website and are billed by Shudder.com, you cancel in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. If you signed up through an app store or a partner, you cancel with that company instead.

How do I cancel Shudder?

  1. 1Sign in to your Shudder account on the Shudder website.
  2. 2Open your Account settings (watch.shudder.com/account?section=subscriptions), or click your Profile Avatar in the top corner.
  3. 3Go to your subscription and click Cancel.
  4. 4Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the cancellation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon (Fire TV or a Prime Video Channels add-on), Roku or Samsung, cancel through that company instead. The description of the Shudder charge on your billing statement can help you tell who bills you. Deleting the Shudder app does not cancel the subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
  • If you signed up on the website and pay with PayPal, also cancel the recurring payment to Shudder in your PayPal account. Otherwise PayPal will continue to bill you.
