How to cancel Runway

Runway plans renew automatically until you cancel. The last step happens in Stripe, and your plan is not canceled until you confirm it there.

How do I cancel Runway?

  1. 1Go to your billing page at app.runwayml.com/settings/billing.
  2. 2Click Cancel plan.
  3. 3Give any feedback, then select Continue to cancel plan.
  4. 4Click Confirm cancellation in Stripe to finish.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought the plan in the Runway iOS or Android app, Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep the paid features until the end of your billing cycle, and the plan does not renew.
  • Your assets and projects stay on your account, but on the Free plan you can't create new projects if you have more than three.
  • Purchased credits stay on your account until you spend them, but your current plan decides which features you get.
