How to cancel DeepL Pro

If you bought DeepL Pro directly from DeepL, you cancel it in your DeepL account at least one day before your next scheduled payment. Signing out or deleting the DeepL app does not cancel it.

How do I cancel DeepL?

  1. 1Log in to your DeepL account.
  2. 2Under Subscription, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. 3Click Cancel subscription.
  4. 4Confirm the cancellation. The status under Subscription changes to Canceled.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store, because you can't cancel an in-app purchase from your DeepL account. If you bought DeepL through a partner, contact the partner.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current monthly or annual billing period, and you get no credit for canceling early.
  • Once the subscription is deactivated, you can no longer access your glossaries, saved translations and style rules, and they are deleted after 90 days.
  • You can undo the cancellation until the scheduled deactivation date by clicking Reactivate subscription in the yellow banner in your account.
