How to cancel a Thinkific paid plan

Only the Site Owner can cancel a Thinkific paid plan. Before you cancel, remove your custom domain as the primary domain and cancel any recurring payments your students make.

How do I cancel Thinkific?

  1. 1From your Admin Dashboard, select Account.
  2. 2Click Account Management.
  3. 3Click Manage Subscription, then select Cancel Plan.
  4. 4Fill out the confirmation popups to complete the cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Paid features stay available until the end of your billing cycle, but add-on features stop right away.
  • Your site stays available and students keep access to products they bought. Students on recurring payments keep getting charged, so cancel those payments first.
  • Your account is downgraded, not deleted. To delete it permanently, cancel the plan first and then contact Thinkific Support.
