How to cancel Busuu Premium

Busuu Premium is canceled through the platform you used to pay. These steps are for subscriptions bought on the Busuu website.

How do I cancel Busuu?

  1. 1Log in on the Busuu website and click your profile picture at the top of the screen.
  2. 2Click Settings.
  3. 3Go to the Subscription tab and click Cancel Premium.
  4. 4Tell Busuu why you're canceling, then click Cancel anyway to finish. A confirmation page appears.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you paid through PayPal, remove Busuu from your PayPal automatic payments. If you subscribed with your Apple ID or through Google Play, cancel through Apple or Google Play. If you subscribed through your mobile phone provider, contact the subscription partner listed in Busuu's article or use the cancellation link there.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your Premium plan does not renew for the next period, and you are not charged again.
  • You can keep using Busuu Premium until your current subscription runs out.
