How to cancel ABCmouse Premium

If you signed up on ABCmouse.com, you cancel in the ABCmouse app; deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. ABCmouse Classic subscriptions are canceled by contacting Customer Care.

How do I cancel ABCmouse?

  1. 1Open the ABCmouse app and log in if needed.
  2. 2Click the Avatar/profile icon in the upper-left corner, then Settings in the lower-left corner.
  3. 3Select Manage My Account.
  4. 4On the Membership Details page, select Cancel Membership.
  5. 5Choose a reason, click Continue to Cancel on each screen, then click Confirm Cancelation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another third-party billing provider, that provider manages your billing and the subscription must be canceled through them.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You can keep using ABCmouse for the rest of the billing period you already paid for, and the subscription will not renew.
  • Canceling does not issue a refund, and fees already charged are not prorated.
  • ABCmouse sends a confirmation email when the cancellation is complete, and you can resubscribe at any time by logging in.
