How to cancel a Thrive Market membership

Thrive Market memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and they can't be paused. California residents can cancel in Account Settings; all other members cancel through Thrive Market's Member Services.

How do I cancel Thrive Market?

  1. 1Sign in to your account at thrivemarket.com.
  2. 2If you are a California resident, open Account Settings and manage your membership there.
  3. 3All other members: start a chat with Thrive Market's virtual agent or Member Services (available 24/7) and ask to end your membership.
  4. 4Or email Member Services at help@thrivemarket.com, or use the Chat button at the bottom right of the site.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your membership perks continue until the end of your already-paid membership period, and you are not charged for later renewals.
  • Membership fees already paid are not refunded. The exception is first-time annual members who cancel within their first 30 days: they get a full refund but can no longer place orders once the cancellation is confirmed.
  • If you place an order after the cancellation takes effect, you are charged the then-current rate for a non-refundable annual membership.
