How to cancel an Uber One membership

Uber One renews automatically, and you can cancel it in the Uber app or online. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day; within 48 hours of renewal, Uber asks you to contact support.

How do I cancel Uber One?

  1. 1Open the Uber app and tap the Account icon.
  2. 2Tap Uber One.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Manage Membership.
  4. 4Select End Membership and follow the prompts.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
  • If you are on a free trial or your membership is paused, benefits end as soon as you cancel.
  • If Uber refunds a membership payment, you can't buy Uber One again for 3 days.
