- For 6-month and annual plans bought on or after July 9, 2026, access continues to the end of the billing period with no refund. To get a refund prorated to your cancellation date, you must cancel through the call center, and there is no refund if you cancel in the final 30 days of the term.
- 6-month and annual plans bought before July 9, 2026 end right away with a prorated refund, unless you cancel in the final 30 days, when they run to the end of the period with no refund.
