How to cancel Course Hero Premier

Course Hero Premier renews automatically at the end of each commitment period. You can cancel anytime to stop further charges.

How do I cancel Course Hero?

  1. 1Log in to your Course Hero account on the website.
  2. 2Click your profile picture in the upper right and go to Settings.
  3. 3Click the Stop Recurring Membership button.
  4. 4Follow the instructions on the page to confirm. Course Hero emails you a confirmation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you signed up through Apple (iTunes) or the Google Play store, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google Play account, and contact them with billing questions.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep Premier access until the membership period expires, then the account reverts to a Basic Membership.
  • Canceling stops further charges but does not automatically refund new or recent recurring charges.
  • Cancellations take effect within 7 business days, and any outstanding debts and fees must be paid first.
