How to cancel a Framer site plan

Framer site plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. You cancel each site's plan from the Plans tab in your workspace settings.

How do I cancel Framer?

  1. 1Open your workspace settings.
  2. 2Go to the Plans tab.
  3. 3Click the three-dot menu next to the site and select Cancel Plan.
  4. 4Give feedback and confirm the cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Plan benefits stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Once the last site plan in the workspace is canceled, the editor subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Canceling does not refund unused time; refunds apply only in the cases in Framer's Refund Policy.
