How to cancel a BeenVerified membership

BeenVerified memberships renew automatically for the same term until you cancel. You can also cancel by live chat, the Contact Us page, email (support@beenverified.com) or phone (1-844-823-2869); keep your 9-digit membership ID handy.

How do I cancel BeenVerified?

  1. 1Log in to your account at beenverified.com.
  2. 2Open the My Account page.
  3. 3Under Edit My Account Information, select Cancel My Account.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the BeenVerified iPhone or Android app, the subscription is billed to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Cancel it on iPhone in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, or on Android in your Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the Android app does not stop a Google Play subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep your remaining reports for the rest of your paid term, and the membership does not renew after that.
  • You can log in to a canceled account at any time to reactivate the subscription and get your reports back.
  • Refund requests go to support@beenverified.com and are handled case by case. Charges made through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be refunded through Apple or Google.
