How to cancel a Life360 membership

Anyone in a Circle can sign up for a Life360 membership, but only the subscriber can cancel it. Cancel using the method you used to subscribe: Life360.com, the App Store or Google Play.

How do I cancel Life360?

  1. 1Log in to your account on Life360.com.
  2. 2Select Manage Membership.
  3. 3Select Cancel Subscription.
  4. 4If you don't see Manage Membership and can't cancel in the app, another Circle member may be the subscriber. Ask them to cancel from their account.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there. In the Life360 app, tap Settings, then Account, then Cancel Membership and confirm; the app then sends you to the store, where you tap your Life360 subscription and Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial during the 7-day free trial). In Google Play you can tap Pause payments instead to pause a monthly membership.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription stays valid until your paid period is completed.
  • Life360 does not refund unused time on a subscription.
  • A membership started by a family member is linked to their account, so only they can view or cancel it.
