How to cancel DataCamp Premium

DataCamp subscriptions you buy on the web are canceled from Account Settings. The cancellation only goes through once you confirm it on the final screen.

How do I cancel DataCamp?

  1. 1Log in to DataCamp, click the down arrow next to your profile picture and select Account Settings.
  2. 2Click Subscriptions, then Manage Subscription.
  3. 3On a monthly plan, if you do not want to pause payments, click Continue to Cancel.
  4. 4Follow through to the final cancellation screen and confirm the cancellation.
  5. 5Check Account Settings > Subscription to make sure the subscription shows as canceled.

Billed through an app store or partner?

Apple and Google Play manage mobile subscriptions. Cancel an iOS subscription through Apple and an Android subscription in Google Play. iOS questions have to go to Apple, but DataCamp Support can look into an Android subscription if you send your request with the Google Play order number.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to premium content until the current billing period ends, then the account goes back to the free plan.
  • Your course progress, XP and achievements are kept, and you can upgrade again anytime.
  • If a renewal payment is still pending or unpaid, canceling ends premium access right away and you are not charged for that renewal.
