How do I cancel Evernote?

1. 1Log in to Account Settings on Evernote Web.
2. 2Select Billing from the left-hand menu.
3. 3Next to Your plan, select Manage, then select Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.
4. 4Scroll down and click Cancel and lose all benefits. With more than one device connected, disconnect all but one and click Disconnect and cancel plan.
5. 5If you can't open the Manage plan page, select Cancel subscription at the bottom of the Billing page, click Continue to cancel, give a reason, and click Cancel subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

• The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then the account reverts to Evernote Free.
• Your notes and notebooks are kept. On Free with more than 50 notes you can't create new notes, but you can still view, edit, export, and delete existing ones.
• Evernote sends an email confirmation when the cancellation goes through. Refunds are a separate request.
