How to cancel Docusign Personal, Standard or Business Pro
An administrator cancels a Docusign plan bought online from the Plan and Billing page, which stops it from renewing. Legacy, Developer and Real Estate Starter plans use separate procedures.

How do I cancel Docusign?
- 1Sign in to your Docusign account as an administrator.
- 2Select Admin, then select Plan and Billing under ACCOUNT.
- 3Select Manage Subscription, then select Cancel subscription.
- 4Review the cancellation information, select Confirm Cancellation, then select Continue.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you bought the plan through Apple or Google Play, follow Docusign's separate iOS or Google Play cancellation procedure instead.
What happens after I cancel?
- The account stays available for the rest of the subscription term, then downgrades to a Free version.
- Canceling the subscription does not close your account. Close Account is a separate option, so don't select it if you only want to stop renewal.
