How to cancel Freepik Premium, Premium+ or Pro

Freepik is now Magnific, and your Freepik account and plan work on magnific.com with the same login. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

How do I cancel Freepik?

  1. 1Sign in at magnific.com with your existing Freepik login.
  2. 2Click your profile picture and select Plan & billing.
  3. 3Under Danger zone, click Cancel a subscription.
  4. 4Click Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation steps.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play, cancel and request refunds through Apple or Google. Magnific support cannot process them.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Canceling stops auto-renewal but does not end the plan right away. You keep all plan benefits until the end of the current billing period, and canceling does not trigger a refund.
  • Refunds can be requested within 30 days of a payment, for the current billing period only, and only if you have not downloaded any content or used any AI credits.
  • When the period ends, plan credits expire and extra credits are forfeited, but your generated images, videos and audio stay in your account and can still be downloaded.
