How to cancel Harvest Teams or Enterprise

Any Harvest Administrator can schedule a subscription cancellation, and it has to be done in a web browser, not in the mobile or desktop apps. Closing the account immediately is a separate option that only the Account Owner can use.

How do I cancel Harvest?

  1. 1In a web browser, go to Settings, then Billing.
  2. 2In the Your subscription section, click Manage.
  3. 3Select Cancel plan, then I still want to cancel. If Cancel plan is unavailable, click Undo on the Billing page and try again.
  4. 4Review the cancellation details, answer the questions about why you're canceling, and click Schedule cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, then closes automatically.
  • Canceling stops the next renewal but doesn't automatically refund a charge already made for the current term. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, or must stop mid-term because of genuine hardship, you can ask for a one-time goodwill refund, which Harvest's billing team reviews case by case.
  • If the account isn't reactivated within six months, it is permanently deleted along with its data, so export anything you need before canceling.
