How to cancel Crunchyroll Premium
How you cancel Crunchyroll Premium depends on where you signed up and how you are billed. Deleting the app, logging out or removing your payment method does not cancel it.

How do I cancel Crunchyroll?
- 1Log in to your account at Crunchyroll.com in a web browser and select your profile.
- 2Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then click Settings.
- 3Go to Membership Info and click Cancel Subscription.
- 4Click No thanks, Finish Cancellation.
- 5Share feedback and click Submit and exit, or click Skip and exit.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed in the Crunchyroll app on iPhone or Android, the membership is linked to your Apple or Google account and you can't cancel it on the website. Cancel it in the Crunchyroll app under Membership, or in your Apple or Google account settings. If you signed up through Amazon, PlayStation, Roku or YouTube, cancel on that platform; the Membership Info page links to it.
What happens after I cancel?
- You keep all Premium perks until the membership expires at the end of your billing period.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel before your billing date.
- If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation any time before the billing cycle ends.
