How you cancel Curiosity Stream depends on who bills you, so check your bank statement if you're not sure. Accounts created on curiositystream.com are canceled from the Your Account page.

How do I cancel Curiosity Stream?

  1. 1Sign in at curiositystream.com and go to the Your Account page.
  2. 2Scroll to the Plan and Payment section at the bottom and select Manage Plan.
  3. 3Select Cancel Plan in the top right corner.
  4. 4Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If your subscription was set up through iTunes, Google Play, Roku or Amazon, you have to cancel it on that platform. On Roku, highlight the Curiosity Stream channel, press the Star button, select Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription. On Amazon, turn off auto-renewal under Subscriptions in the Amazon Appstore.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for: 30 days on a monthly plan, a full year on an annual plan.
  • Annual plan charges are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
  • You can restart your subscription at any time with the Reactivate button on your Account page.
