How to cancel a Factor subscription

Factor is an auto-renewing weekly meal delivery subscription. To stop it, you deactivate your plan; to take a single week off instead, skip it by 11:59 pm PST, 5 days before the delivery.

How do I cancel Factor?

  1. 1On a desktop or laptop, log in to your Factor account and go to the Plan Settings page.
  2. 2Scroll to the Status section and click Deactivate My Plan.
  3. 3Choose one of the options offered, or click Cancel Anyway to keep canceling.
  4. 4Select your reason for canceling and click Deactivate Now.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Deactivating your plan stops your deliveries indefinitely, and you can reactivate it later.
  • If you have the Free Breakfast for 1 Year offer, it ends when you cancel and is not restored if you reactivate.
