How to cancel your Jotform subscription

To cancel a Jotform subscription, you downgrade the account to the Starter (Free) plan. You do this from Billing in your Account Settings.

How do I cancel Jotform?

  1. 1On your Workspace page, click your avatar in the top-right corner, then click Settings to open Account Settings.
  2. 2In the menu on the left, click Billing.
  3. 3In the My Plan section, click Change Plan.
  4. 4At the bottom of the Starter (Free) Plan, click Downgrade.
  5. 5In the What Happens if You Downgrade Your Plan window, review the changes and click No Thanks, Continue to Downgrade.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought your Jotform subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, cancel it through that store instead.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep your current plan's features until the account changes to the Starter (Free) plan.
