How to cancel HubSpot Starter
HubSpot does not allow mid-contract cancellations. You cancel by turning off auto-renewal, and a Super Admin or a user with billing admin permissions has to do it.

How do I cancel HubSpot?
- 1In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- 2Click the Subscriptions tab, then in the Auto-Renewal Terms section click Cancel auto-renewal.
- 3Select the products you want to cancel (select all products to cancel everything), then click Next.
- 4Select a cancellation reason and click Next.
- 5Review the cancellation details, then click Cancel auto-renewal.
What happens after I cancel?
- The subscription is canceled on your renewal date, not immediately, and you are still charged until the end of your commitment term.
- After the cancellation date, the account is downgraded to HubSpot's free tools. Before that date, you can click Turn auto-renewal on in the Subscriptions tab to undo it.
- Once no subscriptions have active commitments, you can delete the account from the Delete Account tab in Account & Billing.
