How to cancel a Later plan

Canceling a paid Later plan moves the account back to the free plan. You have to cancel on the platform you signed up on, which is app.later.com on desktop for web sign-ups.

How do I cancel Later?

  1. 1Sign in to app.later.com on desktop.
  2. 2Go to Settings, then Subscription.
  3. 3Select Cancel Plan.
  4. 4Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you signed up through an in-app purchase in Later's iOS app, cancel there: tap Account, then Your Subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts. You can also cancel in your Apple subscription settings. A plan you signed up for on the web can't be canceled in the iOS app.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your plan is canceled when the current billing cycle ends, and you keep all the features of your paid plan until then. Your Subscription settings show when the current billing cycle ends.
  • Once the paid plan ends, existing posts over the permitted volume are not published.
  • After the plan is canceled, you're prompted to remove extra users, Social Sets and Access Groups to keep using Later, and you lose access to analytics beyond the Free plan level.
