How to cancel a Hostinger hosting plan
The Hostinger dashboard has no delete button for services. To cancel a hosting plan, you turn off its auto-renewal so it ends on its expiration date.

How do I cancel Hostinger?
- 1Download a backup of your website files, databases and email to your computer.
- 2In the Hostinger dashboard, go to Billing, then Subscriptions.
- 3Find the hosting plan you want to stop using.
- 4Click the toggle switch next to it to turn off auto-renewal.
- 5Review the warnings shown for your product and confirm your choice.
What happens after I cancel?
- The plan stays active until its expiration date. After that it is automatically canceled and deleted from your account, and all of its data is permanently deleted.
- Turning off auto-renewal does not refund charges already processed. If the plan is eligible for a refund, requesting one from the Paid invoices page ends it right away and erases its data.
- Only the selected subscription is canceled, and other services in your account are not affected. If the hosting plan includes a free email trial, canceling the plan cancels the trial too.
