How do I cancel Quizlet?
- 1Log in to your account on the Quizlet website.
- 2Select your profile picture, then Manage subscription. If you don't see this option, your subscription may not be set to renew.
- 3Select Cancel auto-renewal.
- 4To check, open your Settings page. A subscription that no longer renews shows its expiration date.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you paid in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, cancel auto-renewal through Apple or Google, which will email you a confirmation. Uninstalling the Quizlet app does not cancel subscription payments.
What happens after I cancel?
- Your account goes back to the free version when the paid subscription expires, and upgraded features are no longer available.
- All your sets, folders, and classes stay in your account, and you can still see your uploaded images and listen to your recorded audio.
- If you later edit a set you made while subscribed, premium features you added are removed from any term or definition you change.
