You can cancel a Wix Premium or Studio plan at any time, which turns off its auto-renewal. A site plan may renew up to 3 weeks before its expiration date.

How do I cancel Wix?
- 1Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- 2Click the More Actions icon next to the plan you want to cancel.
- 3Click Cancel Plan.
- 4Click Cancel Now to confirm.
What happens after I cancel?
- If you cancel within 14 days of a first-time purchase, the plan ends immediately and you get a full refund. The refund does not apply to renewals or to cancellations after 14 days; in those cases the plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
- When the plan ends, your site stays online and its content is not deleted, but it goes back to the free Wix URL and shows Wix ads.
- Domains, business email and app subscriptions are not canceled with the plan; you have to cancel them separately.
