How to cancel 1Password
1Password subscriptions are canceled from the Billing page on 1Password.com. In a family or team account, only a family organizer, team owner, or member of a group with the Manage Billing permission can manage the subscription.

How do I cancel 1Password?
- 1Sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
- 2Select Billing in the sidebar.
- 3Scroll down if needed and select Cancel subscription.
- 4Follow the onscreen instructions to finish canceling.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you started the subscription with an in-app purchase on a Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Android device, manage and cancel it with Apple or Google instead.
What happens after I cancel?
- The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the account is frozen until you start the subscription again.
- In a frozen account you can still view and copy your items, but you can't add or edit items or fill them in your browser.
- 1Password does not refund past charges or any time left on the account when you cancel.
