How to cancel Dashlane Premium or Friends & Family

You can cancel a Dashlane personal plan at any time. If you paid by credit card on the Dashlane website, cancel in the web app in a computer browser; the option is not in the mobile or macOS apps.

How do I cancel Dashlane?

  1. 1Open the Dashlane web app in your computer browser.
  2. 2Open the Vault menu in the top left and select Subscription.
  3. 3On the Subscription page, select Cancel your subscription in the right panel.
  4. 4On the next page, select Continue cancellation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you paid through Google Play, the Apple App Store or PayPal, cancel directly with that company. Unless you live in the UK, you can't use PayPal to pay for Dashlane again after you cancel.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep your plan until the end of your billing period, and autorenewal is turned off.
  • If you want a refund, request it right after canceling: the refund link appears in the right panel once the cancellation is complete.
  • Your saved data stays in your account, but after the plan ends your passwords are export-only, so you can't add, edit, copy, or view them.
