How to cancel Box Personal Pro

A Box Personal Pro plan is canceled from Account Settings. Only an administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account, and they do it from Admin Console > Account & Billing.

How do I cancel Box?

  1. 1Click your account avatar in the upper right, then select Account Settings.
  2. 2In the Account Details section, click Cancel Account.
  3. 3Complete the survey and click Continue.
  4. 4Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The account cancels at the end of the service term.
  • For Business or Enterprise accounts, the owner or admin gets a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. If none arrives, contact cancel@box.com, or the account may not be properly canceled.
