How to cancel Amazon Music Unlimited
If you signed up through Amazon, you can cancel Amazon Music Unlimited anytime from Your Amazon Music Settings. An eligible monthly plan can be paused instead, but annual plans, free trials and promotions can't be paused.

How do I cancel Amazon Music Unlimited?
- 1Go to Your Amazon Music Settings (amazon.com/music/settings).
- 2Go to the Amazon Music Unlimited section.
- 3Select the Cancel option in your Subscription Renewal details.
- 4Confirm the cancellation.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you signed up through the Apple App Store, Google Play or a mobile service provider, contact them to cancel or request a refund. Their cancellation and refund policies apply.
What happens after I cancel?
- You can use Amazon Music Unlimited until your plan ends. After that, Amazon Music Unlimited songs and podcasts in your Library are grayed out and can no longer be played.
- Individual Plan subscribers and Family Plan account holders lose access to their selected audiobook when the current billing cycle ends.
