How to cancel IDrive Personal

IDrive plans renew automatically. To cancel, you turn off auto-renewal in your profile on the IDrive website, which you can do starting 15 days after the account is created.

How do I cancel IDrive?

  1. 1Sign in to your IDrive account on the IDrive website.
  2. 2Click your username.
  3. 3Select Profile under the Account section. On accounts created after September 25, 2026, select Profile Details under the My Account tab.
  4. 4Click the Cancel my auto-renewal button.

What happens after I cancel?

  • When the current subscription term ends, you lose access to the account and your files and folders are permanently deleted from the IDrive cloud.
  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be refunded only if the account is canceled within 15 days of creation. Yearly plans may get a prorated refund case by case for a technical issue that support cannot fix.
  • To cancel the account before the end of the subscription term, contact IDrive's Support Team.
